At first, I immersed myself in the psychoanalytic approach. But it was the meeting with clinical phenomenology that overwhelmed me and led me towards this openness to other approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Ericksonian hypnosis, art therapy and preparation. mental.
