Qui suis-je ?
WHO AM I ?
I am psychologue clinicienne et hypnothérapeutecurious and inspired by the world around me; domestic journeys and travels around the world enliven my life and my profession as a psychologist.
In any interior quest, there is no small journey but an exploration which leads us from discoveries to discoveries to our deep identity and our vocation.
I remember a sentence that particularly struck me from one of my psychology teachers who described the profession of psychologist in these terms: Our first working tool as a psychologist is what we are. We work with who we are.The practice of our profession as a psychologist is therefore intimately linked to our personality which develops throughout our lives; so, for my part, the lived experiences are a real source of inspiration in my daily work.

I usually think we have all the resources we need, but sometimes we need to be helped to go looking for them. The idea is to accompany you in exploring all of these resources that you have and being able to activate them at this time can be difficult in your life, or to find space for reflection.
Comment je travaille ?
I graduated from a Master 2 clinical psychoanalytic psychopathology course Clinical phenomenology of sports and bodily issues at the University of Montpellier, I favor the humanistic and integrative approach.
According to the humanist approach, the human being has within him the resources necessary to realize himself fully. The psychologist plays a facilitating role in learning self-development.
About the integrative psychotherapy, it aims to combine several theoretical frameworks on which our practice is based. At first, I immersed myself in the psychoanalytic approach. But it was the meeting with clinical phenomenology that overwhelmed me and led me towards this openness to other approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Ericksonian hypnosis, art therapy and preparation. mental. Like patients, psychotherapy is plural. In this practice it is therefore interesting to weave the links between body and mind, between cognition and emotions and to consider the human being in all that he is, what he experiences, what he thinks and what 'he feels.
Clinical phenomenologysuggests a method that we can use in psychotherapy. In this perspective it is a question of considering the role of the body as a lever for change in psychotherapy. The goal is to help you regain momentum allowing you to overcome the period of difficulty or suffering that you are going through. This is why I offer psycho-corporal workshops putting the body in motion, to allow the emergence of a new dynamic that will support your desire for change. These psycho-corporal workshops can be artistic mediation, relaxation, mindfulness meditation workshops or even hypnosis sessions.
The patient is put in the center of psychotherapy. The psychotherapeutic course is part of a co-construction process between the patient, you, and the psychologist, myself. This work is done in a methodological framework, from several avenues of reflection and based on different methods and different tools.
Psychotherapy is plural and each patient is unique; In this therapeutic space, creativity also takes its place at the heart of the work undertaken together to support you in your questions and help you resolve your difficulties.
By browsing the site you will learn more about the different aspects of psychotherapy and psychology.
