comment je travaille
What if you started to walk towards happiness?
You have all the resources in you, the therapy will help you recognize and activate them.
Meeting a psychologist is a first, courageous, sometimes difficult act that signifies your desire for change. The demands can be of different natures, ranging from the need to take stock of one's life or relieve a discomfort, to the need to free oneself from a weight which prevents one from flourishing freely. This meeting will give rise to ad hoc support, individual psychotherapy, or even participation in group workshops.
My practice is for everyone and at all ages
This office welcomes children, adolescents and adults who at some point in their lives encounter a particular difficulty, wonder and question themselves or need to overcome a particular suffering. This is work, possible at all ages, that will mark an important step in your personal development and on your path to achieving your desire for well-being. Work with children and adolescents will be carried out with the agreement and in collaboration with the parents.
Happiness is water that takes on various forms that no form exhausts.
–Pascal Bruckner, The perpetual Euphoria.
Well-being, the state to which we are vying for a very fashionable quest today, is not acquired in an instant. It is no less a question of achieving self-realization through the forms as diverse as we, the human being, can take in this world. Form is the expression of our existence.
Coming to the psychologist is this thoughtful or spontaneous act that signifies your desire to think, to change, to get better or to take time for yourself. Temporality is an essential concept in therapy. Time will be your ally, and it is important to give yourself time to think. The temporality of the cabinet will have the particularity of stopping time, in this instant to itself; a beneficial break in this world in perpetual and incessant movement.
Time leads us astray, Time embraces us, Time is stationary for us, Time is train for us.
-Jacques Prévert
